Kính thưa quý ân nhân, quý anh chị em thành viên cùa ROF, quý bạn và quý liệt vị,
Trời có nắng có mưa, có yên lành có giong tố, có lạnh, có nóng , có ấm, chuyện dử thì tấp nập rơi đầy đường như lá rụng của mùa thu, nhưng rồi cũng bị bỏ rơi trong quên lảng khi mùa đông đến.
Chuyện lành, chuyện hiền, chuyện tốt, ít được người nhắc đến, những chuyện tốt, chuyện lành đến như một cơn gió êm đềm thoải mái, nhẹ nhàng làm cho tinh thần được sản khoái, cảm giác đó nó sẽ không tàn phai theo năm tháng mà nó ở mãi trong lòng người với cái tâm thiện, người viết bài này đã biểu lộ được cái tâm thiện của mình khi tâm đó hòa lẫn trong đại gia đình ROF-Tâm Thiện.
Cám ơn Minh Phượng, một giáo sư trẽ của trường trung học đệ nhị cấp tại Huê Kỳ rất xứng đáng là ,một leader cho người trẽ trong tương lai. ROF rất vui sướng và hảnh diện là nơi tựu hợp của thành phần trẽ trí thức.
Với tư cách người anh cả đầu đàng của ROF, với tuổi đời rất, rất gần lòng đất mẹ, từ từ xa ánh thái dương, anh cám ơn Minh Phượng đã cho mọi người thật sự thất cái phẫm của tập thể ROF trong việc làm giúp tha nhân, giúp người bất hạnh, giúp người thế cô, giúp người “ngặt”.

History
Reaching Out Foundation, formerly Nhom Thien Hoi Glendale, began its work in 1992, mobilized a grassroots effort to establish and organize a non-profit organization. Reaching Out Foundation is now recognized as an IRS 501 (c) (3) charitable organization and has continued its second decade to work to help orphanages, the elderly and disabled patients in nursing homes.
Our Mission
To reach out and offer educational and financial assistance to those who have the will but not the means to lead a meaningful, dignified and peaceful existence.
Objectives
-To work directly with administrators and caretakers of orphanages, hospitals and nursing homes in Viet Nam.
-To provide exemplary civic and community volunteerism for younger generations.
Operation
-Reaching Out Foundation receives no government funding. Its resources come from general public support and fundraising. Currently, all staff members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their services. Administrative costs are currently covered by the founders and sponsors.
-Reaching Out Foundation provides support through charitable agencies that care for the disabled children, orphans and elderly people in Viet Nam and in the United States. These agencies must be reputable, embrace and have in-lined purpose with the Mission Statement and Objectives of the Reaching Out Foundation.

-Fundraising
• Host fundraising banquets
• Solicit donations from individuals and corporations
-Community Out Reach
• Perform free live entertainment for nursing homes in Orange County, California
• Publish reports on ROF’s website

• Vietnamese Buddhist Messengers of Love in Việt Nam
• Care Orphans Institutes, Viet Nam
• Disabled Children Institutes,Viet Nam
