Chuyến viếng thăm Việt Nam kỳ thứ 5 của Reaching Out Foundation đã thục hiện trong tháng 5-2012 vừa qua.
Phái đoàn gồm có, Thanh Mỹ, Trửơng Phái Đoàn, Kim Nguyên, Phạm Phú Nhớ, Michael Nguyễn (Thế Mỹ), Hoài Trang Phạm, Ông bà Nguyễn văn Thành.
Trong tuần lễ thứ nhứt, phái đoàn đã đựơc Đại Diện của ROF là ông bà Nguyễn Kỳ Sơn-Phương lan và BS Nguyễn thị Kỳ Giang hứơng dẫn uỹ lạo ngừơi ngặt tại một phần của Huế và bịnh viện ung bươu tại Huế.
Tuần lễ thứ hai, phái đoàn đã đựơc Nhóm Hứơng Thiện Bác Siêu-Anh chị Bữu Tú-Hằng Nga hứơng dẫn phái đoàn ũy lạo ngừơi ngặt một phần nửa kia của Huế.
Tuần lễ thứ ba phái đoàn đã đựơc Đoàn Sứ Giả Từ Bi/Sư Cô Tuệ Dung hứơng dẫn viếng thăm bịnh nhân tại Bệnh Viện Chợ Rẩy và Trung Tâm Chỉnh Hình tại Saigon và ngừơi ngặt, khuyết tật và mồ côi tại Bén Tre.
Tuần lễ thứ Tư, phái đoàn đã đựơc hứơng dẫn bởi Soeur Theresita Phạm Thị Ngọc Thế thăm viếng Trừơng Mồ Côi Mái Ấm Tình Mẹ, Huyện Hòn Đất, Tĩnh Kiên Giang.
Vả đựơc Soeur Therese Nguyễn Thị Hồng hứơng dẫn viếng thăm các em câm và điếc tại Trừơng Khuyết Tật Tình Thương, Tĩnh Kiên Giang

History
Reaching Out Foundation, formerly Nhom Thien Hoi Glendale, began its work in 1992, mobilized a grassroots effort to establish and organize a non-profit organization. Reaching Out Foundation is now recognized as an IRS 501 (c) (3) charitable organization and has continued its second decade to work to help orphanages, the elderly and disabled patients in nursing homes.
Our Mission
To reach out and offer educational and financial assistance to those who have the will but not the means to lead a meaningful, dignified and peaceful existence.
Objectives
-To work directly with administrators and caretakers of orphanages, hospitals and nursing homes in Viet Nam.
-To provide exemplary civic and community volunteerism for younger generations.
Operation
-Reaching Out Foundation receives no government funding. Its resources come from general public support and fundraising. Currently, all staff members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their services. Administrative costs are currently covered by the founders and sponsors.
-Reaching Out Foundation provides support through charitable agencies that care for the disabled children, orphans and elderly people in Viet Nam and in the United States. These agencies must be reputable, embrace and have in-lined purpose with the Mission Statement and Objectives of the Reaching Out Foundation.

• Perform free live entertainment for nursing homes in Orange County, California
