| Kính thưa quý ân nhân,Tại Hoa Kỳ, một chuổi ngày lễ, bắt đầu từ tháng 10, ngày lễ Halloween, ngày lễ rất lạ đối với ngừơi Việt Nam, nhưng rồi cũng quen dần và cũng cùng chung vui. Rồi qua tháng 11, ngày lễ Tạ Ơn, chúng ta dể hội nhập hơn vì thuận theo phong tục “uốn nứơc nhớ nguồn” của ngừơi Việt Nam nên chúng ta rất vui và thoải mái cùng chung vui với ngừơi địa phương. Rồi đến mùa lễ Giáng Sinh, rồi đến Tân Niên dương, rổi lại sắp sửa tới Tết Nguyên Đán, ROF với Ban Nhạc Từ Thiện ThanhMỹ-ROF đem niềm vui đến cho ngừơi cần niềm vui tại các Trung Tâm Đièu Dữơng tại Orange County, California,Thưa quý ân nhân, trong khi đó tại quê nhà, bao nhiêu ngừơi nghèo khó, cô đơn, buồn khổ, bệnh tật, âm thầm lặng lẽ một mình neo đơn thật là tội nghiệp. Một số anh chị em đai diện ROF chỉ đem đựơc niềm an ủi một phần nào cho họ. Xin mời quý ân nhân xem một số hình ảnh tựơng trưng, trong hằng ngàn tấm ảnh, về việc làm giúp ngừơi ngặt tại quê nhà của ROF.
Quý vị hãy nhìn ánh mắt của những người ấy, người nào cũng có ánh mắt ngạc nhiên, sửng sốt lẫn sung sứơng khi thấy ngừơi đại diện của ROF tới thăm và tặng vật dụng và hiện kim cho họ. Thật là tội nghiệp và đáng thương.

History
Reaching Out Foundation, formerly Nhom Thien Hoi Glendale, began its work in 1992, mobilized a grassroots effort to establish and organize a non-profit organization. Reaching Out Foundation is now recognized as an IRS 501 (c) (3) charitable organization and has continued its second decade to work to help orphanages, the elderly and disabled patients in nursing homes.
Our Mission
To reach out and offer educational and financial assistance to those who have the will but not the means to lead a meaningful, dignified and peaceful existence.
Objectives
-To work directly with administrators and caretakers of orphanages, hospitals and nursing homes in Viet Nam.
-To provide exemplary civic and community volunteerism for younger generations.
Operation
-Reaching Out Foundation receives no government funding. Its resources come from general public support and fundraising. Currently, all staff members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their services. Administrative costs are currently covered by the founders and sponsors.
-Reaching Out Foundation provides support through charitable agencies that care for the disabled children, orphans and elderly people in Viet Nam and in the United States. These agencies must be reputable, embrace and have in-lined purpose with the Mission Statement and Objectives of the Reaching Out Foundation.

-Fundraising
• Host fundraising banquets
• Solicit donations from individuals and corporations
-Community Out Reach
• Perform free live entertainment for nursing homes in Orange County, California
• Publish reports on ROF’s website
